An advice class on Physiotherapy in Early Pregnancy is focusing on understanding body changes and minimising any discomfort during pregnancy (ideally in early pregnancy after 12 to 20 weeks but women are welcome at any stage).

The class advises on:

• Posture and positioning
• Back care and lifting
• Explanation of the pelvic floor and core stability
• Discussion on common symptoms during pregnancy

The class takes place every first and third Monday of the month from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.
